My Child Infant Massage
*Your Touch Can Mean So Much*

What Is It Anyway?
Infant Massage is the process of massaging a baby or child to provide benefits for the wellbeing of the whole child. It provides a wide variety of benefits. Infant massage includes three types of massage in one sitting.

These three types of massage are Indian massage, Swedish massage and Reflexology. All three types of massage provide different benefits and stimulation experiences for your baby. Many adults enjoy getting massages and know of all the benefits they can provide. If you enjoy massages why not let your child benefit from having their own massages?

What ages does infant massage benefit? I'm glad you asked! This massage is for children from the ages of newborn all the way to adolescents. Unlike when an adult goes to get a massage, the massage therapist or consultant will not be providing the massage.

For infant massage, the parents, grandparents, or other caregivers will be taught how to massage their child. This allows the parents to provide massage at home where the child will feel most relaxed and open to having a massage. This also allows for some strong bonding to happen and for some one-on-one quality time while doing something both parents and children will enjoy.
About Me
Hello there! I'm so glad you are here checking out this website. My name is Rebecca Jerry. I am a certified Paediatric Massage Consultant. I love babies and children. I love watching them grow and discover this world we live in.

I am also a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I have been working in childcare for just about 7 years now. I've worked with children from infants up to school age children.

During the first lock down of the Covid pandemic I realized I wanted to try something new but still be able to work with children. I discovered Infant Massage through the Infant Massage Information Service. I took their course through correspondence and here I am doing my best to share my knowledge with you.
